Sophie is, currently, a User Interface Engineer<\/strong> and has almost a decade of experience designing & implementing cross-browser websites\/applications using the latest technologies.  Sophie combines her technical expertise with experience in pedagogy to provide students with authentic learning experiences.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As an active promoter of Computer Science, she built a “state-of-the-art” technology program for dyslexic & autistic students, grades 1st -12th at a private school, which developed students\u2019 higher-level learning through collaborative, cross-curricular, new media project-based units on graphic, web, game design, CAD, video, 2D\/3D animation<\/strong><\/span>. Especially in recent years, Sophie continues to affect change in education by both attending and presenting at professional conferences, which are well attended, often with standing room only.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
